Dedicated Account Management

We believe that dedicated and aligned account management is the key to being able to provide the best possible value added service. Achieving this through reducing travel, accommodation and events costs where possible and working in sequence with the objectives of the client. The Key Account Manager will liaise and meet with the travel management decision makers of the business on a regular basis to present and discuss MI Reporting, demonstrate savings and discuss continuous improvement areas. Full RFP management, venue and service provider meetings with quality inspections.

24-Hour Emergency Support

Our office is open between the hours of 0830 and 1730, Monday through Friday. We also provide an emergency out of hours support line for our clients. This out of hours service is provided by our core Key Reservations team, therefore all operatives will have a full understanding of the client and their needs and will have full access to all platforms just as they would during office hours therefore providing an identical seamless service. KeyRes Online is our total booking solution. This online, interactive and bespoke portal allows you to search and book your accommodation needs globally. A single log in for a sole user can be provided or it can be implemented as a centrally accessible portal for all relevant travellers within the business. As KeyRes Online is interactive, it can also support in managing costs and expenditure by setting rate caps company-wide or for specific areas of the business. The portal also links in with our dedicated MI Repoting provision, allowing you to access stats and data relating to location spend and indeed safeguarding of team members at all times.
